When summer humidity sets in, so does the panic. Frizz, heat, sweat. Those three words are a Fashionista's nightmare. Lucky for us, the 1960s high pony is back and better than ever! Jason Wu's Fall 2012 show was all about the strong pony. This Fashionista, who happens to be Syracuse Style Guru Julie Kosin, illustrates how the high pony is a great spring option for any CollegeFashionista.
To get the look, pull her your hair into a tight, high ponytail on the crown of your head. Make sure there are no lumps and bumps. Use hairspray or a dab of frizzing serum to smooth away any fly away hairs. For a fun nighttime look, use a one-inch barrel iron to add some waves to create a party pony.
Don't live in fear anymore, Fashionistas. Rock a high ponytail that screams, “Bring on the heat!”
