I literally had to run for a picture of today’s Fashionista! I saw her walking and I knew I had to get a photo of her outfit even if that meant chasing after her! Since I recently bought a denim jacket, this Fashionista’s denim jacket was one of the first things I noticed. I loved the wash of her denim jacket and it’s distressed details. I have always loved eternity scarves, I love how versatile they are and how you can wear them with virtually anything, this Fashionista’s eternity scarf made her outfit chic. I also really liked her American Apparel over-the-knee socks, they are definitely trending this fall. And of course I loved her Steve Madden combat style boots; they added casualness to her outfit and kept her look very trendy. I thought her black leather bag was thrifted, but it is actually from Urban Outfitters. I love that about Urban Outfitters, their clothes and accessories have a vintage feel to them, but are still very trendy and current.
Today’s Fashionista’s bright red lips are definitely a show stopper. She’s wearing Revlon’s Really Red Matte Lipstick with a red gloss on top for extra shine. Wearing lip gloss on top of lipstick is great to add some shine to matte, semi-matte or glossy lipstick, allowing your lip color to appear more vibrant. Whenever wearing lip gloss on top of lipstick it is important to find a lip gloss color that is almost identical to your lipstick shade.
Try giving your fall make up a little pop by adding lip gloss to your lipstick to made your whole look really shine!
