My name is I-Ching Tsai. You can call me Ginny. I am a graduating Senior at Purdue University, majoring in public relations and advertising. This is my first time with CollegeFashionista, so I am beyond excited to contribute as a Style Guru this upcoming summer!
I grew up in Tokyo, Japan until I was 10-years-old, and I moved to Taiwan and then again to the United States. I love living in different cities because I can see people dressing in various ways. Even though I love to dress as simple as possible, I always admire for people who have confidence to dress up in various colors collocations. Living in different fashion meccas has definitely had a great influence on my interest in fashion. I’m constantly traveling around the world since there is fashion everywhere!
In the words of Yves Saint-Laurent, “Fashions fade, style is eternal.” Fashion has always been a big part of my life and I always believe stylish outfit reflects his or her unique characteristics and personal beliefs. We all should believe; things go in and out of style, but having an innate sense of style is a talent everyone will always have.I am honored to be the Style Guru for the Purdue University this summer. CollegeFashionista offers the perfect opportunity for me to share my interests and thoughts on fashion trends through both of visual and verbal approaches.
This semester, I look forward to sharing with you guys some fashion tidbits on how students in the Midwest and East Coast areas walk their runways. Lastly, I am really looking forward to sharing my thoughts on fashion trends with all of you.
