It's finally Friday and the weekend is just around the corner CollegeFashionistas/os! For me, weekends are all about taking fashion dares and using my styling skills to pair together random mixes of clothing in my closet. Last weekend, I found myself dressed in leopard heels, a shirt with cats on it and loads of pearl necklaces. Odd, yes– but oh-so-chic. This weekend stop clinging to that tight mini black dress that always looks good no matter what and spend an extra 20 minutes getting creative in your closet.
Today's Fashionista of the Week has me hooked on rocking ruffled socks over the weekend. While she pairs her socks with oxford flats, I'm going to jazz my socks up with studded clogs and a loose T by Alexander Wang cotton dress. And to utilize the mixology trend, I will add a cropped moto-jacket to really experiment. Whatever fashion dares you decide to take this weekend, make sure to go all out. It's summer, it's the weekend and your in college. Life couldn't get much better then that!
