They always say that a dog is a man's best friend, but in all actuality they make a Fashionista's best accessory. This weeks Fashionista caught my attention because of her adorable little dog but that’s not the only thing I noticed. She had on a super cool outfit that definitely made her a standout on the streets of Iowa City. This Fashionista made simple look not so simplistic. With a great outfit and a precious accessory that we all wish we could have this girls style is something that we should all strive to duplicate.

How To: To accomplish this look it takes simple pieces that have a great detailing in them. Simple statement articles are important for every girl to have in their wardrobe. They’re versatile and never go out of style. Pair a pair of jeggings with a good quality shirt and layer with a statement sweater. Accessories make the outfit. A pair of chunky boots gives this otherwise simple look a hard edge. Add a pair of insanely popular “hipster” glasses and you’ll be trendsetting in no time.
