Some Fashionistas are harder to spot than others. With Boston's constantly fluctuating weather, it can be hard to justify getting dolled up when you're just going to have to cover it up with coats and sweaters. This Fashionista caught my eye because she refused to let the MA cold deter her amazing fashion sense.

CollegeFashionista: What's your favourite part of this outfit?
Beverly Ang: Definitely this blouse. I like the lace detail and the pastel colour.
CF: Where do like to shop?
BA: In New York actually. I don't do much shopping in Boston, so whenever I go to New York I tend do a lot of shopping. I just think that NY has much more variety
CF: What is you biggest fashion must-have?
BA: Earrings! I really like a nice pair of earrings. And I own a LOT of earrings. I'm really into accessories. Recently I've been gettting into rings more and more, but it's difficult to wear them sometimes since I have to wear gloves in this cold.
CF: Boston has been having some pretty ridiculous weather lately. How do you dress to accomodate the cold?
BA: I usually prefer to wear tights over jeans, but for the cold, I wear two pairs at the same time. I like to throw on a few scarves as well.
CF: Describe your personal style in three words.
BA: Feminine, ecelectic, accessorized.
How To: Beverly's feminine, ecelectic, accessorized look is easy to accomplish. Try to find lighter, dainter pieces to anchor your ouftit (like her pastel lace top) and then pile on pretty little things to amp it up. A statement piece like Ang's earrings are the perfect way to add some flounce to a fair weather look.
