Dressing comfortably becomes essential during this peak of the semester. As the workload becomes heavier and our attention wanders to outfit ideas for spring break, our dress code takes a turn as well. We quickly shift from dressy to casual. While keeping style in mind, we tend to wear more pieces that are loose-fitted and effortless. I spotted this Fashionista walking with ease on a busy afternoon, dressed in a chic outfit that does style and comfort justice. I introduce to you, Fashionista Brynne Solem.

Name: Brynne Solem

Year: Junior

Major: Human Nutrition

College Fashionista: How would you describe your look?

Brynne Solem: My style is conservative and semi-Bohemian.

CF: I really liked your boots. What's your current favorite type of shoe?

BS: My favorite type of shoe is actually the boots I’m wearing today! They're Steve Madden and super comfortable.

CF: What are your favorite stores?

BS: My favorite store is Divaz, it's where I work on Mill Avenue. My other favorite store is Free People in Scottsdale Fashion Square.

How To: To steal Solem’s casual chic look, try pairing a loose blouse with blouson-style sleeves such as this cream Vila lightweight shirt. For bottoms, go for black classic leggings. Step into your favorite pair of knee-high boots. If you’re feeling comfortable and looking stylish, your look is complete.
