The best part about her ensemble is that aside from looking fabulous, her clothes are completely eco-friendly. Her TOMS are in support of the “One for One” campaign and her skirt is a Jessica Burn’s original, made from an old tapestry she had lying around. Looking good and feeling fabulous, she manages to show us fashion isn’t about breaking the bank.

Jessica Burns: I am really relaxed when it comes to the clothing I wear, which is why I love the bohemian/hippie look. When I’m shopping I try to make my clothes as eco-friendly as possible. I’m really into clothes that look great and don’t take away form the environment.
CF: Who/what are you inspired by?
JB: I am inspired mainly by the places I’ve been and different cultures I’ve seen. I love an outfit that reflects the style of various cultures such as Moroccan themed patterns.
CF: What’s your favorite item in your closet?
JB: Right now I have this Maime Ruth shirt that I’m in love with!
CF: Who is your favorite designer these days?
JB: Well, speaking of Maime Ruth, I am really into her clothing this season! She is a local designer from Charleston and I feel like the only clothes I buy recently come form her collection!
How To: This Fashionista’s look is about never having enough! When you think you have too many layers, too many bracelets, or too many necklaces, think again. You can never have enough! To begin, pick a floor length skirt that will send your style sky high! Then try a shirt that compliments your maxi skirt. If you get a printed skirt stay with a sold top, but if you have a sold skirt go with a printed shirt for variety. Then layer upon layer upon layer your jewels. Be sure to mix up lengths with your necklaces and widths and sizes of your bracelets and add some feather earrings for a natural look. Variety is essential to this look.
