How To: Any Fashionista could rock legwarmers with either flats or heels for a different look! Nordstrom has cable knit legwarmers or go for the wool and cashmere pair from rag & bone. To really show off this look, pair your legwarmers with shorts or a skirt. Urban Outfitters has a great selection of cut-off denim that can be worn with tights as the weather gets colder. For a cute skirt to pair with legwarmers, try American Apparel's silky skirt in a gorgeous royal blue.
