As we transition into winter, we add more layers to our ensembles, piling on the chunkier fabrics. I can't speak for everyone, but I know there are moments where I feel like I'm wearing the same thing everyday in the winter time — same boots, same coat, same black on black ensemble. This Fashionista struck me due to her bright blue scarf that lit up her outfit. We recently just got hit with a cold wave, here in DC, so every GW Fashionista is grabbing her warmest garb in sight. While so many of us gravitate towards dark colors in the winter, try incorporiating lighter and brighter hues as well to maintain a fresh and fun look all year round.
