FASHIONISTA SPOTLIGHT: Molly Washler

With spring slowly approaching, I can’t wait to break out all my floral patterned pieces. The great thing about floral is it can be as feminine as you want but can also be toughened up as well. While March is the start of spring, it is still the transition time when a coat or layering of some sort is needed. I absolutely loved how this Fashionista wore her floral patterned blouse with the perfect warmth of the mustard colored corduroy jacket.

Name: Molly Washler

Year: Sophomore

Major: Elementary Education

CollegeFashionista: What is your must have piece for spring break?

Molly Washler: I am really loving the new crop tops that have reappeared. This time around I like how the style can be paired in a layering effect with shorts, capris, and skirts. It will also make for an easy, comfortable beach top.

CF: How would you describe your everyday style?

MW: I like to combine comfort and style. I am also a big fan of the floral print and stripes. Often times, I am seen wearing sheer light tops because they are comfortable and easy to match with a variety of different outfits.

CF: What trends have you been seeing around campus?

MW: I have been seeing girls sporting the oversized crop tops, and Converse shoes. Due to spring approaching, everyone is kind of in that middle stage dressing, and I am excited to see what the new trends will be for spring!

How To: The floral pattern screams spring, and this spring mix up how to incorporate the pattern. These Posted on Categories Fashion From AbroadTags , , , , , , , , , , ,
