An uncertain weather forecast poses a major threat to every Fashionisto and Fashionista, especially to those who live in Boston where the weather changes are as unexpected and drastic as Katy Perry’s constantly evolving hair colors. Unfortunately, most students sacrifice their style and surrender to the plain down jackets and boring rain boots sitting in their closet on a cold, overcast day.

Imagine my surprise, and relief, when I saw Fashionisto Daniel Tristan strutting down Commonwealth Ave in his classically cool ensemble. His neutral colored outfit stood out in a sea of black and his Mosely Tribes sunglasses offer a fresh take on the Ray-Ban Wayfarers everyone seems to own. Daniel avoided the down jacket conundrum by layering a warm plaid shirt and wool knit sweater under his Jack Spade raincoat. He finished off his look with Timberland boots and a studious Herschel backpack.

My fellow Fashionistas and Fashionistos, get inspired by Daniel’s look and dare to flaunt your personal style, no matter what the weather may be.
