The first Fashionisto of my column shows us how great men's style is on campus now. It was a cloudy day but he seemed prepared to take some fashion shots. Crossing the street I decided to express all these feelings about street style in his picture.
As we can see, leather won’t be leaving the scene any time soon — Marc Jacobs, Jason Wu and Michael Kors expressed this in their spring collections. Check Jason Wu’s fashion show to see how black and leather are a great choice even for a flowered spring.

CollegeFashionista: Are you interested in fashion?
Ramon Guedes: Yes! Actually, I studied style coordination and already worked as a window dresser in clothing stores.
CF: How do you call your style?
RG: I like to break rules, mixing different elements like formal, casual and sportive to create an unique and uncompromising style.
CF: If you could choose one fashion icon to design a piece especially for you, who would it be?
RG: Marc Jacobs for sure. As my opinion, he shows a sophisticated, urban and contemporaneous creativity that I identify myself most.
How To: First of all, find a great leather jacket and a plaid shirt like this one from Junya Watanabe Man Comme des Garçons. To create your own style in this look, try something new. He wore a cap with some necklaces, and yes, men can create different looks with accessories. With your regular denim pants, chose an unusual sneaker — you’ll find lots of nice ones from Converse.
