It’s hard to not notice that during summer holiday, some Fashionistas love to play with the cuttings of their dresses. Anyone can wear a pretty sun dress walking down the street, but what makes your dress so special that can let you stand out from the crowd? The cutting of a dress can be a decisive detail.
When I ran into this Fashionista, I was attracted by the interesting pattern on her dress. As soon as I noticed the cut-out back, I decided to write this post about cut-outs. The Fashionista told me that she got this dress from American Apparel, where the dresses are always cute and adorable. Most importantly, they are quite comfortable to wear, especially during summer time. The little tie at her back is an interesting touch of the dress. Another dress that I spotted from American Apparel is this Peach Skin Lola Dress. I am obsessed with its cutting. The reversed neckband and five-button closure make it extremely classic and elegant. It’s a perfect outfit for a fancy dinner with your date. If you would like to go sexier, I recommend this deep plunge dress with an open cut to back from ASOS. Or this casual tank lace dress with a low scooped V-back from American Apparel. For girls who prefer a more casual and girl next door style, I think this V-back dress from Anthropologie would be a smart choice. Also, don’t forget to check out this white midi sun dress with a scoop back from ASOS.
What impressed me a lot is this Fashionista’s sense of style. I like the way she matches her dress with a pair of colored pumps from Steve Madden. Also, the accessories she was wearing are quite unique. We can see that this Fashionista pays a lot of attention to matching small details. Her bracelet is matching her dress very well. Finally, her Rebecca Minkoff bag helps to give a casual but sophisticated touch to her entire look.
As a huge fan of sun dresses, I am fully aware of the importance of the cutting of a dress, especially when it comes to the back of a dress. It can make you look sexier or it just gives you a casual summer look. I hope y’all start looking for the right summer dresses for yourselves and enjoy the process!
