Now that the New York Yankees finally broke their nine-year streak and won the World Series, I find myself longing for baseball. I’m having baseball withdrawals, so when I saw this adorable Fashionista a week ago in a baseball-inspired shirt, I was very happy. This shirt is an easy grab-and-go item and can be paired with skirts or jeans. If the recent warm Eugene weather is fleeting, make this outfit more appropriate for these colder months with leggings or tights. Sweet Skins eco-friendly boutique in Eugene has some great, locally-made leggings! Black leggings, deep jewel-toned leggings or lace tights would make this a great outfit to wear to class. Also, I love her incorporation of the knit hat. It seems to be a big trend at the University of Oregon, and would be great to wear to the upcoming Civil War game! So Fashionistas, my advice to you this week is to keep your shorts by pairing them with some leggings, and never get rid of the classic baseball tee!
