Denim is a hit this season, but when is it not? It is back and hot just like in the '90s. It's everywhere from head to toe and street to campus. As a trend, it's acceptable to wear a little denim or a lot of denim. This is something to splurge on!
Today’s Fashionista got her denim fix by adding a denim button–up to her outfit. Along with the shirt she is wearing a white blouse and a black fringe skirt. With help from her accessories, the denim makes this look unique and more casual than if she just wore the blouse and skirt. A button–up like the one worn by today’s fashionista can be kind of plain but the way she tied it at the waist and rolled up her sleeves shows more of her personality.
The greatest quality of denim is its versatility. It can be worn anywhere on the body and look just about fabulous. Shoes, jackets, skirts, shorts, vests, bandeaus and even bathing suits can contribute to a fashionable denim look.
Everyone has a pair of jeans and we’ve been wearing them since the mid-1800s when Levi Brand Jeans made their debut. Every season, hot or cold, this denim scion makes it into our wardrobes as a main staple.
Denim can be embellished, put through different washes, and it can be altered in many different ways for a unique style. I love destroyed denim the most. There is nothing like a pair of ripped jeans on a hot summer day, and any trend can be paired with them.
One of my favorite fashion finds this summer has to be sparkle on denim. These American Eagle shorts keep you feeling and looking cool while having fun in the sun.
Add some denim to your summer look. The best part is when summer's over, your denim frenzy doesn’t have to be: it will never go out of style.
