What is that one piece that you think can make your entire outfit? For me, hands down, it is shoes. If I had room in my apartment, I’d have a closet dedicated solely to shoes. I love all shoes, but especially boots, so for this reason, I love the fall. This fall, I have been adding many boots to my collection but one pair that I think is a showstopper every time I see them are fringed knee-high boots. This Fashionista was rocking the fringe and I had to run after her to stop her in her tracks for a photo op. Purchased while studying abroad in Israel, these black suede fringed knee-high boots are the perfect choice for jazzing up any outfit. While these amazing boots grabbed my attention, they look great with a pair of leggings and an oversized thick knit neutral colored striped sweater purchased at H&M. The knit headband with flower decal from Forever 21, which is no longer available online, but can be purchased in most Forever 21 stores, is a chic way to finish off the look of glam. Fringe has exploded for the summer into the fall this year and incorporating fringe into your fall wardrobe is a must!
