STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Hitting the Books in Style

The scent of midterms and final papers are in the air-it's not escaping anyone.  I ventured into the library to start research for one of my many term projects which requires a significant amount of research on multiple topics. As I was searching for a book, I stumbled upon this week's Fashionista.

I was interested by the mix of fall colors. As we all know (on the East Coast at least), the weather has been all over the place. One day cold and cloudy, the next day 60 degrees and sunny. The jacket she was wearing did not seem like it was too heavy or too light. I liked the army green color contrast with the berry scarf she was wearing. Beneath the scarf she wore a dark grey crew-neck sweater. In attempt to not look to covered up, this Fashionista rolled up her jeans. This created the perfect seperation between her pants and her fun flat gold oxfords

I really liked how one part of this ensemble is not overpowering the other. There is a sweet scent of cohesion in this outfit and it is very refreshing.
