One of the biggest styles at the University of Oregon is a cute skirt paired with tights and boots. This Fashionista pulls this look off perfectly. One way that we can all incorporate this look into our cold-weather wardrobes is to take a cue from this Fashionista and get a pair of tights that match the skirt. Deep jewel-colored tights will always make you look super chic and in-style. A pair of flat boots is also something every Fashionista needs. While it took me a while to get into this look, since I love heels, but now I am a believer that this is a look most anyone can pull off. Also, by adding a great cropped coat, you will look fabulous.
