The temperatures just don’t want to heat up around here. However, one of the most well-known ways to keep warm against the biting cold is by wearing a hat. Hats are not only functional; they are quite chic, especially like the one this week’s Fashionista wears. Her cloche hat channels the 1920s while also framing her face and complementing her entire ensemble.

Angelina Jolie also channeled the ‘20s by donning a slew of different and uniquely ornate cloches in the 2008 film, Changeling. Many cloches today are feminine and demurely flirty.
