Today's Fashionistas outfit was simply too fabulous and creative to resist. I ran into her twice on campus, once in the early morning and a second time in the afternoon. I knew it was meant to be. I seized the opportunity to snap pictures for this week’s feature. This Fashionista confidently wore a beautiful bright yellow mid-length skirt, black cropped jacket, T-shirt, scarf and boots.
