Making up for the dreary spring-term weather, it has been absolutely gorgeous here in Eugene lately. Although a couple of days reached record temperatures (and forced me to seek out any air-conditioned spaces I could find), it was a positive transition from wind and raindrops.
Regardless of temperature, I've noticed a consistent appearance of one style element on campus for the past few months. The fedora has been extremely popular this spring and summer, and for good reason. As an extremely versatile piece, you can literally incorporate it into almost any look, dressy or casual, on the beach or on the town.
