Hello Fashionista/o’s! My name is Hilary and I am a W.P. Carey Marketing student at Arizona State University. I love expressing my personality and moods through fashion, which is why I am always finding myself browsing blogs and store websites for the latest beautiful clothes to add to my personal wardrobe. In regard to my personal style, I love to mix casual items, like thick knit socks or a T-shirt, with more dressy pieces, like sheer tights or sky-high heels. Lately, I’m enjoying all things camel colored, lip stains, and ultra-glittered nail polish. In case you were curious, some of my favorite style icons include Alexa Chung, Hannah Murray and Cat Deely. Most people that know me are aware that I am obsessed with Asian fashion culture. I hope to live in Tokyo, Japan or Seoul, South Korea at some point in my lifetime. After graduation, I plan on using my Marketing degree to work in the fashion industry, preferably doing Digital Marketing and Social Media.
When I am not online shopping or perusing the internet, you can find me watching one of the numerous television shows I frequent (Psych, One Tree Hill, The Vampire Diaries and Doctor Who, just to name a few!). You can also find me constantly taking pictures of my adorable cat, Kingsley.
This is my second semester working as a Style Guru, so I am looking forward to taking my column up a notch and continuing to devote myself to finding the absolute best Fashionista/o’s on ASU’s campus.
