TREND: Grecian Fall

With the beginning of classes, it seems that students are finding ways to keep the summery, yet comfortable feel for in and out of the classroom in a Grecian style. Staying comfortable in her leggings, I love this Fashionista's long white lace blouse that's great for any occasion. Black lace is also something I've found myself and others getting into with the transition of seasons. It's a great texture to add with any outfit, and keeps the light feel of fall, with the darker tones of winter. A perfect piece for the library and classes, the long blouse enables a carefree feel to her attire, along with the chic texture of the lace. Since the weather is still boiling hot in the 90's around DC, adding some cute oversized, high-waisted jean shorts would help cool you off on your walk across campus. Accesorized perfectly, this Fashionista keeps that perfect summery feel ready for a day in the sun on the quad, an impressionable way of adding individuality to a basic outfit. I adore her sparkly headband as a compliment to the white. Her strappy sandals and white headband together create an adorable Grecian feel, a look I've consistantly seen all around campus.

Hint: After classses are over, instead of carrying my big tote around campus, I like to sport a clutch to hold my campus card to run to dinner or the gym. I adore this Fashionista's Kate Spade clutch in a trendy red tone. Clad entirely in black and white, the orangey red is the perfect accessory to make something stand out on campus, no matter if you use it as a clutch or a wallet. Red seems to be a great addition for fall this summer, so keep an eye out for bright reds, purples, and oranges!
