The best part of this season is that everyone is living in color. From colorful prints, to colorful shorts, the swing of this is coming full circle and it will be around for a while. With beautiful bold colors such as honeysuckle and poppy red, you’ll be sure to pair them with some softer colors such as lavender and silver peony. It’s no wonder you’re seeing all those boys wearing colored Bermudas, but they’re not the only ones being daring. There's much to look forward to with such a beautiful array of colors.
Designers like Monique Lhuillier and Peter Som presented a vibrant scarlet red or a poppy red as their signature colors in this seasons collection. While Badgley Mischka went for dusty pinks, blues and apricots, Charlotte Ronson went russet, and Mediterranean blue. While the colors are reminiscent of an exotic cruise, they are wearable in just about any occasion.
Today's Fashionista was spotted wearing regatta printed top from Macy’s, paired with poppy red capris from Banana Republic and a pair of strapped heels from Dillards. To finish off her look, this Fashionista paired her outfit with a pair of Armani sunglasses and a Coach bag. The blue in the shirt matches well with the poppy red in the shorts, leaving with a subtle finish in the shoes.
